Director

Full-time

  • A 2-year college degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; must have Registry level of 12 or higher, 4-year college degree is preferred.
  • If college degree is not in Early Childhood Education, 12 college credit hours must be in early education field. College transcripts must be provided.

  • CPR/AED and First Aid required.

  • Must have 2 years’ experience in child care or education field.

  • One year minimum of supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

  • Budget development and administration skills preferred. Planning and program development skills are helpful.

  • Computer skills needed, particularly with Microsoft Office and email applications.

     

Director support Liaison

Full-time

  • Provide superior customer service to all parents with children in the school or who are considering enrolling their children in the school.

  • Manage the operation of the school in the Director’s absence.

  •  Assist the Directors with various management responsibilities.

  • Help ensure maximum enrollment of students while maintaining effective cost controls.

  • Help the school continue to meet local childcare regulatory and licensing requirements.

  • Attend all required staff meetings, workshops, and school functions.
  • Observe, adhere, and ensure all applicable laws, rules, and regulations are followed.

  • Monitor and assist in the upkeep of the school.

  •  Must pass all required background checks

  • Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
  • Frequent walking, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, squatting, reaching, bending, and crouching.

  • CPR/AED and First Aid training Required

Afterschool Lead Teacher

Part-time

  • Develops and modifies before/after school activities

  • Monitors appropriate use and care of materials

  • Plans aftercare activities and projects that are engaging and age-appropriately

  • Assists in supporting positive behavior of students in a respectful manner

  • Monitors students engaged in independent work, group projects, or similar activities

  • CPR/AED and First Aid required

Afterschool Support Teacher

Part-time

  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred

  • Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

  • CPR/AED and First Aid training Required

Infant lead teacher

Full-time

  • Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency

  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib. 

  • Infant Teachers: 2 year degree in early childhood or related field preferred

  • CPR/AED and First Aid training Required

 

Infant support teacher

Full-time

  • Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency

  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred

  • Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children

  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Infant and Young Toddler teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib. 

  • Infant Teachers: 2 year degree in early childhood or related field preferred

  • Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality

  • Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility a plus

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

  • Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels

  • Greater salary opportunity with degree or college credits in educational field

  • Varying shifts available, both full- time and part-time

  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday

Toddler lead teacher

  • Must be Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualified under local, state, and federal regulations

  • Must pass all required background checks

  • Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.

Full-time

  • Encourage healthy eating habits through delicious and nutritious foods.

  • Maintain a keen awareness of children who have allergies and food restrictions.

  • Ensure food service area and food are free of nuts, nut products or food items that have been processed in a facility that also processes nut products.

  • Follow the daily menu prepared in collaboration with or by the Director.  

  • Assist with ordering food and calculating the amount needed.
